RateKillers provides a free rate analysis tool and consulting services to help businesses identify hidden fees in credit card processing and switch to interchange-plus pricing.

2. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our calculator or submitting statements. You must be an authorized representative of the business for which you are seeking an analysis.

3. No Financial Guarantee

The calculations and savings estimates provided on the Site are for informational purposes only. Actual savings depend on various factors, including your business's specific card mix, average ticket size, and existing processor's contract terms. A formal offer is only provided after a full review and underwriting.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including the RateKillers logo, calculator logic, and text, is the property of RateKillers and protected by copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

RateKillers and Joe Hecker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or our services. We provide the Site on an "as-is" basis.

6. Dispute Resolution (Mandatory Arbitration)

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in North Carolina before one arbitrator. This clause shall survive termination of these Terms.
